The beach house is located on New Brunswick’s most beautiful beach, between Shediac and Cap Pelé. It is 25 minutes from Moncton and from Confederation bridge to Prince Edward Island. The land is 200 feet by 400 feet and is right on the beach. Address: 14 Dune street, Grand Barachois, New Brunswick.



The house is divided into two wings joined by a reading area. The east wing contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom (king size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom and mezzanine). The west wing has another complete bathroom with washer and dryer, a large room with twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed, and a smaller room with a queen size bed. The floors are in cherry wood and ceramics (heated in the master bathroom). The house was built in 2004 and all appliances are new (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, micro-wave washer, dryer, 24 inch TV, VHS, DVD, and stereo).
