Checks should be made to Marc Lachance. There are no taxes.

Other information

• No pets.
• No smoking.
• Maximum of 6 people including children.
• A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
• A fully refundable $500.00 deposit is required with the second payment.
• Should you need to cancel, we will try to rent to someone else. If we are able to rent, there is no charge other than the cost incurred to rent (e.g. advertising costs).
